Collaborating with Dompet Dhuafa, BNI AM distributes Covid-19 donations

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT BNI Asset Management (BNI-AM) donated in the form of 1,602 food packages to be distributed by Dompet Dhuafa. This activity is a form of BNI-AM's concern as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program entitled "#Investasikebajikan-THR for fellow BNI Asset Management".

With this CSR, BNI-AM as an Investment Manager company supports efforts to prevent and handle the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The symbolic handover of the donation was carried out directly by the President Director of BNI-AM, Reita Farianti who was accompanied by Eddy Siswanto as the President Commissioner of BNI-AM to the Director of Social Enterprise Dompet Dhuafa Guntur Subagja to the BNI Asset Management head office, Wednesday (13/5/2020). ).

 

BNI-AM President Director, Reita Farianti said that this donation was the result of the BNI Asset Management extended family. "We don't only talk about numbers, profits, but we also struggle with our hearts, our spiritual fulfillment, so that we are balanced between the physical and the spiritual," said Reita, in his statement, Friday (15/5).

 

The donation assistance is a concern for all elements at BNI-AM in the #Investasikebajikan - THR CSR program for fellow BNI Asset Management, where the proceeds of the donation are collected from THR which is set aside by the Board of Commissioners, Directors, Sharia Supervisory Board and all BNI-AM Employees whose proceeds are donated to Dompet Dhuafa to be given to the community in the form of 1602 food packages.

 

"The donation of basic needs was entrusted to Dompet Dhuafa because it is seen from the professionalism of its duties in a trustworthy manner. We believe in Dompet Dhuafa because it is professional and has a good track record. Hopefully, it will be distributed with trust and blessings," continued Reita.

 

At the same place, Guntur Soebagja also expressed his gratitude for getting the mandate from BNI Asset Management. And further said, that we will seek to affect people who have not been touched and all of us will document the beneficiaries.

 

This is in line with the Dompet Dhuafa program during the COVID-19 pandemic which was concerned with the distribution of necessities that had not been touched by government food assistance in several areas throughout Greater Jakarta.
