BNI AM Consolidates Portfolio, Affirms Commitment and Investor Protection

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT BNI Asset Management is consolidating its mutual fund portfolio as part of the company's commitment to investor protection and regulatory compliance. BNI AM recently dissolved the management of the BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index (XBNI) Index Mutual Fund, which has met regulatory parameters regarding net asset value. BNI Asset Management President Director Ari Adil stated that this consolidation step was taken to maintain regulatory compliance while strengthening investor integrity and trust. "This decision is part of our commitment to continuously prioritize good governance and regulatory compliance. The entire process is carried out with the principle of transparency and always prioritizes investor protection," Ari said in an official statement on Friday (July 25, 2025).
Ari emphasized that the company continues to strengthen its position as a professional, trusted, and regulatory-compliant investment manager. In implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, BNI-AM consistently ensures that every investment product offered is relevant to market needs and complies with applicable regulations.
Going forward, Ari stated that BNI-AM is optimistic about the prospects of the mutual fund industry and will continue to innovate through adaptive, superior products. Several mutual fund products from BNI-AM include the BNI-AM Short Duration Bonds Index Class R1, a Fixed Income Index Fund that invests in Short-Term Government Bonds.
In addition, BNI-AM also manages seven other stock-based index mutual funds, such as the BNI-AM IDX-PEFINDO Prime Bank, which invests in 10 bank stocks with solid fundamentals. BNI-AM also offers a variety of ESG-based products and an Endowment Fund.
Currently, the total assets under management (AUM) of mutual funds at BNI-AM reaches IDR 25.4 trillion.
